Skills & Drills

Our Skills and Drills program offers young players the ability to practice year-round and increase their skills both individually and in a team atmosphere. With a emphasis on building a solid fundamental base, we focus on the core aspects of the game, such as dribbling, passing, and sliding one’s feet on defense. Through our sessions, young basketball players are able to continue their development on the court, as well as gaining knowledge about what it means to be a ‘team player’.

Skills and Drills offers a 90-minute session every Monday and Wednesday. You can expect an effective teaching environment that is fun for players of all skill levels. These sessions are conducted by our qualified instructors, Darian Head and Chris Forrest.
